Elevate is my signature1-on-1 coaching program.
This is for the ambitious, self-aware & soul-led woman who feels like talk therapy failed her. She wants to discover how psychedelic medicine & somatic resourcing can finally help her heal so she can go after her dreams, be a more patient parent, have nourishing relationships & know what it means to REALLY feel lit up by life.
You'll leave this container understanding how to work with the healing power of mushrooms to awaken your feminine energy & transmute your wounds. During our time together, you'll uncover your blocks, find ways to heal the trauma stuck in your body somatically & learn powerful techniques to help you find more happiness & peace.
Sessions are tailored for each individual and can include somatic resourcing practices, mindfulness guidance, cyclical awareness & feminine embodiment rituals to help you embody your power.
