I offer in-person breathwork workshops for groups in Central Texas & 1:1 breathwork session for individuals seeking deeper support & healing.

Breathwork for Veterans
4-week Workshop

​This 4-week workshop is intended to help veterans manage stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD & sleep issues through a consistent breathwork practice.

Each week, veterans will learn simple & practical tools they can use as they navigate the wide range of challenges that can occur post-military service and to support their long-term healing.

Sessions are held in-person in Bell County, TX.

Each workshop is limited to 6 people at this time.

5-week Workshop

​This 5-week workshop is intended to help women in midlife manage stress, anxiety, depression, hormonal changes & sleep issues through a consistent breathwork practice.

Each week, you will learn simple & practical tools to support long-term healing.
