LIVE Embodiment Ceremonies

Twice a month we meet in ceremony to move through the stickiness that often comes with healing. These 1-hour sessions combine multiple modalities - from meditation to dance - and are designed to help you embody the teachings within The Sanctuary's "Holy Trinity" framework.

Sacred Community

Healing happens in community & women are stronger TOGETHER. This community serves as a sacred witness for your own unfolding as you also hold space for the healing of your mystical sisters.

Holy Trinity Framework

Three mini-courses focused on helping you EMBRACE pleasure, EMBODY your power & EXPAND into the woman you were born to be. Self-paced & choose-your-own-adventure design means you can take what you need most at any given time.

The self-worship library is an ever-expanding resource, jam-packed with meditations, breath work journeys, pleasure practices, somatic embodiment rituals and so much more. Use these tools to help you build routines that elevate your healing & up-level your life.
